I can provide paper samples for you to see the quality and get a feel for how your designs will look and feel.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work can commence on your order. Outstanding balance is due on delivery. When you are ready to confirm your order I will email an invoice with payment details. Bank transfers are preferred.
If you have a special colour or shade in mind I can match the colour of your calligraphy to the colour palette of your wedding or event.
I use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is tracked and insured for delivering all orders. Larger pieces will be sent via a courier. Delivery charges are dependent on weight and will be added to your final invoice. Collection is welcome if you are local.
I love to work with people all round the globe and am more than happy to source the best shipping internationally. Please note that goods posted outside the UK may be subject to local custom charges.
Please get in touch with as much time to spare as possible. The more time you allow, the more likely it is that I can fit your order in.
I am happy to accept rush orders dependent on what is going on in the studio at the time and what the job entails.
A 25% charge will incur on what I deem to be rush jobs.
